The seventh group of the young change makers has headed to Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh on a 14-day journey of understanding people’s lived experiences, developmental challenges, and their underlying causes, opportunities, and good practices that make a difference in people’s lives in the district, supported by Medha.<br /><br />At ISDM, we place an equal focus not only on the theory and insights from industry experts but also on hands-on learning experiences.<br /><br />In the most exciting phase of the program ‘Realising India’ Field Immersion, students get a first-hand experience of the on-ground realities of rural India. This helps them develop a better understanding of the social, cultural, and political ecosystem in which they will work and eventually create and lead social impact.
